Luo Li Rong is a Chinese artist who creates life-size, extremely realistic bronze sculptures of women inspired by Baroque and Renaissance techniques.
The statues typically are of people in motion, letting her capture dresses in the breeze. Her attention to detail ensures that no details look out of place, making for some amazingly lifelike pieces of work.
Luo Li Rong has been a sculpture for most of her life, studying at Beijing’s Academy of Fine Arts with esteemed sculptor Wang Du. Later in life, she began intently studying European Renaissance and Baroque artists, defining her contemporary work.
